Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Please contact us first to communicate that you wish to return an item.
Thank you for your purchase with Pulsar Turbo Benelux. In the event a customer is not completely satisfied with their order. Pulsar Turbo Benelux provides 14 days money back or item exchange (buyer’s choice) guarantee with no charge (Except T51R Mod). T51R Mod turbo returns require 10% Re stocking fee.
For an item to be eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Please keep in mind that any item returned must be delivered unused/ unfitted and in the same original packaging and original condition as you received it, with the tags still on the product and the full undamaged retail packaging and any gaskets and/or accessories.
Please note that the customer is (always) responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time, loss or damage of a returned package, so we always recommend using tracking numbers and insurance to ensure that Pulsar Turbo Benelux have received your package.
All due refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Any refunds due will be made to the same bank, card or payment provider the purchase payment(s) were originally made from.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days after receipt of item, to return the item(s) to the following address:

Damaged Shipments/ Packages:
Please file a claim with the shipping company if goods arrive in a damaged condition. At the same time, also please notify Pulsar Turbo Benelux with pertinent information (information and photo of damage(s) via email@example.com
Shortage or Discrepancy Claim (damaged or faulty items)
In the event an item you purchased is received broken, damaged or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
When choosing to return item(s), a Claim must be reported to us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of goods. Pulsar Turbo Benelux will either issue a credit, or a refund, or send a replacement(s) (where available) at no charge. Credit(s) or, a refunds, or replacement(s) (where available) will be processed within 14 working days after receipt of returned item, refunds will be made to the same bank, card or payment provider the purchase payment(s) were originally made from.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the (shipping or any extra other) cost you incur in returning the item to us.
Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described properly) within 14 working days.
Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. To obtain a refund for a non-physical product (like a service) please contact us for further information about how this can be done.
Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a 7 working days.
If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
We offer a 1-year manufacturer limited warranty from the date of purchase against all our products for being free from defects in materials and workmanship. For approved warranty claims we will, at our sole discretion, either credit the original purchaser in an amount equal to the original purchase price or replace the applicable item free of charge, within 60 days of our approval. This is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy and provides the complete financial responsibility for a warranty claim.
